Can I request/change groomers?
Absolutely! Just let us know when booking if you’d like to stick with your usual groomer or try someone new—we’re happy to accommodate!
How can I pay?
We accept cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle. Cards are welcome too, but there’s a small 4% service fee for card payments.

Will you keep my pet in a crate?
Typically, yes—dogs wait in crates for a short period. If your pup isn’t comfortable in a kennel, let us know! We have a few cozy rooms available for special accommodations.
What are your hours?
We’re open Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Plus, we’re now open on Sundays and Mondays for a limited number of pups—book early!
How long can I leave my pet there?
Please plan to pick up your pet promptly to help keep things running smoothly. We’ll stay until the last pup goes home, but we’d love to wrap up the day on time!
